3/23/09 USCIS Releases Revised Version of Form I-129 and Instructions |

USCIS posted an updated version of Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, and instructions to its website. The revised form includes a question regarding whether the employer has been the recipient of TARP funding in the H-1B Data Collection and Filing Fee Exemption Supplement. The form and instructions have a revision date of 3/11/09. Previous editions are being accepted. USCIS has also posted a "Processing Worksheet" for FY 2010 H-1B filings.
