Q: I just heard that the Bush administration is trying to give illegal immigrants with over 3 years in the US, a working visa of 3 years. Is there any truth in that? I can't find it in any of the US sites. 

A: This is a discussion of several types of currently pending immigration legislation, none of which has been finalized, approved and sent to the President to sign into law. There is nothing official on this yet. However there are many beneficial immigration bills currently pending and if any pass through the Senate and Congress, and are sent to the President to sign, then they are enacted into law.
